We are pleased to announce that our colleague, Maciej Sobczyk, has earned the prestigious international title of Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA), reg. no: 08612. The certificate was awarded by EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies). The certification process was overseen by notable experts, including Academic Director Prof. Dr. Alexander Bassen and EFFAS Chairman Hans Buysse.

ESG stands for the three key pillars used to evaluate a company’s impact on the world and its commitment to sustainable development:
-
E (Environmental): Refers to the company's impact on the environment and vice versa. In the context of engineering and utilities, this primarily includes carbon footprint management, energy efficiency, waste management, and the protection of water resources.
-
S (Social): Focuses on human relations – encompassing both internal employees (occupational health and safety, diversity, human rights) and external stakeholders such as local communities and clients.
-
G (Governance): Relates to corporate governance standards, including business ethics, tax transparency, anti-corruption measures, and the board’s structure.
In light of new EU regulations (such as the CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), ESG reporting is becoming a mandatory requirement for an expanding group of enterprises. It is no longer just a matter of corporate image, but a critical element in building business value and securing access to financing.
We invite you to cooperate with us.
